Corenix exists so that three products can share a core without any one of them being demoted to a feature of another.
Customs, inventory, and documents are three different businesses with three different buyers. Putting all of them under a customs brand would have told two of those buyers they were an afterthought. Corenix is the neutral layer: the products keep their own names and their own customers, and the company owns the engineering underneath.
The three products share the parts that are expensive to get right and invisible when they work: tenant isolation, permissions, audit records, bilingual interfaces, offline behaviour, invoicing and multi-currency handling, and document storage. Work done once on that core reaches all three, which is why a small company can hold this much surface area without it rotting.
Onboarding is done with you, not handed to you as a login. We map the process you run today, load your real data, and adjust the product where your process is right and our assumption was wrong. That feedback goes into the core, so the next customer inherits it.
Corenix LLC is registered in Michigan, in the United States, and works with customers internationally. Contracts, intellectual property, and the software itself sit with the United States entity.
Corenix is founder-led and single-member owned. The person who answers a procurement question is the person who designed the system being asked about, which is the whole advantage of buying from a company this size.
